29 years old, married with 2 boys. Vicky studied travel and tourism at college and worked at Adeona Travel on a student placement. She passed and completed her studies and was pleased to accept the position of Acting Manager. Vicky’s favourite places are Sri Lanka, Maldives, New York, Barbados and the UK. She is friendly, professional and enjoys making and researching unusual and once in a lifetime trips. Her experience and customer service means she provides a service above and beyond just the booking. She focusses on luxury tailormade holidays, rail tours, escorter touring, villas, cruises and skiing.
Shirley Spooner
Shirley has over 30 years experience of both tour operation and travel retail, with a wide knowledge of destinations and a good rapport with clients leading to repeat business. She has extensive knowledge of Europe, her favourite destination being Italy and touring with quality tour operations. Recent cruise experience which will be repeated, she loved the Far East and Caribeanne. Shirley will research the holiday making sure that the hotels being recommended are reputable with good reviews. She provides honest advice ensuring she find the right holiday for you. Shirley specialises in Bermuda, Italy, Caribeanne, America, Madeira, Spain, Greece, South Africa, China, especially Vietnam and Cambodia and also cruises.
Assistant Manager – Hannah Tovey
Hannah is 29, married and travel is her passion. She enjoys visiting new places and experiencing different cultures. She prefers sunny destinations, but can ski. Her favourite locations are Perth, Western Australia or Queenstown, New Zealand. With her wealth of experience, knowledge and friendly attitude she helps customers feel at ease and confident they are getting exactly what they are looking for. Hannah specialises in Australia, New Zealand, Kenya, the Maldives and India and enjoys focussing on worldwide tailormade holidays.
Elaine
Elaine started working in the travel industry in 1976. In 1989 she ran her own agency for 10 years, this gives her 36 years of experience to draw on. She has travelled to many European cities and resorts, also the Caribbean, Israel with her favourite destination being Greece. She is multi skilled, with knowledge of many worldwide resorts and has been a wedding and honeymoon specialist for 2 years. Elaine specialises in the USA, Canada, Caribbean, Israel, Greece and European cities and has travelled herself extensively around these destination. She also specialises in Lakes and Mountain holidays, City Breaks and wedding and honeymoons.
